3. SHIPPING We ship to the following countries: expected time for delivery: Italy 1-2 days, Europe and USA 2-4 days, other destinations 7-14 days. All the custom fees and duties are on customer's charge, please inform about this before placing an order.
4. RETURNS How to return the goods? The goods can be returned back or exchanged within 14 days after the consignment. You must write an email to: info@tak-ori.com about the return in order to receive all the instructions. All the shipment fees and custom duties are on the customer's charge. The refund will be made by Pay Pal within 2-3 working days from the receiving of the goods. If the customer want to exchange the item the difference will be paid or refund to the customer.
